Summary of theJob: The Business Development Manager (InformationSecurity) is responsible for managing and cultivating new businessopportunities for the development of longterm business partnershipsby creating superior value for our clients. The individual willfocus on analyzing customer needs to create a full solution fromour product and services portfolio in the assignedregion.

JobDescription:

  • At least6to 10 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or businessdevelopment with a minimum of 2 years experience in cyber/Information security services
  • Manage regionspecific teams to achieve qualitative sales.
  • Develop new sales leads and prospects andachieve assigned sales targets.
  • Implementgotomarket strategy to increase revenue and grow Rest of AsiaPacific (APAC) region
  • Understand andappreciate market trends competitive landscape and industrydevelopments in the security sector
  • Responsible for staying wellinformed aboutproduct roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios features andfunctions within each of the products and how these are applied toaddress business and technical problems. This includes interactingwith Product Management on an ongoing basis to stay current.
  • Maintain contact with all clients in themarket area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Define strategy to achieve targets and tofollow the set strategy punctually.
  • Generatebusiness opportunities by working with Customers and Channelpartners to discover and explore opportunities.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricingssales and other activity reports.
  • Createproposals/RFP responses and conduct presentations.
  • Responsible for staying current on competitiveanalyses and understanding differentiation between the company andits competitors.
  • Responsible for providingfeedback from the market to Product Management regarding productsincluding coordinating gaps between product functionality andPartner/customer demands.
  • Coordinaterequirements for proofs of concept (POCs) with Product Managementand PreSales team
  • Facilitate clientinteractions for project delivery as and when required

Requirements

  • Proven Business Development Manager working on Targets
  • Proven track record in sales businessdevelopment and winning new business
  • Experience in selling PCI DSS SOC (SecurityOperations) penetration testing incident response services Threatassessments etc. is desirable. Good understanding of Information/Cyber security marketplace and solutions
  • Account planning and execution and ability tonetwork with all levels in an organization
  • Ability to understand customer Cyber/Information security requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Certifications in Information security areaswill be added advantage
  • Strong clientrelationship building/ interpersonal skills and communicationskills
  • Should have experience in doingpresentations demonstrations conducting evaluations preparingproposals responding to RFPs Tendersetc.
  • Should be keen to travel extensively up to3040%
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication Skills
