The Customer Experience (CX) org within Microsoft C+E plays a critical role in the company’s digital transformation as we build and run the services to power and transform marketing, retail, commerce, industry solutions, and customer support & success for Microsoft.

The Support Experience Group (SXG) enables digital transformation of Microsoft Support by increasing customer and support agent satisfaction and building features into core products like Dynamics 365. This role will help us scale out Microsoft Dynamics for usage by Microsoft support businesses. Dynamics 365 is a rapidly growing business at Microsoft and is considered one of the leaders in Software as a Service in the world of business applications. Dynamics 365 provides the best showcase for innovations across Microsoft such as Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, Predictive Analytics, and end-to-end Digital Transformation for businesses.

Qualifications

10+ years of technical product management experience. Proven ability to consistently deliver customer focused innovation and deliver across multiple releases of a product or service. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations, great cross-group and interpersonal skills. Hard-working, self-critical, and a great collaborator. Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and you want to make the biggest impact possible for the company.

Responsibilities

As a product manager you are expected to understand customer requirements for Microsoft support businesses and work across our product and customer service organizations to build roadmap of features and capabilities that help power up hundreds of agent and customer facing experiences across Microsoft businesses, leveraging AI/ML and data foundations. We are looking for an experienced product manager to enable Microsoft to deliver the next level in customer satisfaction, support engineer efficiency. In this role you will have a fundamental impact on how support is scaled globally and insuring customers can always get support. If you are looking to make a big impact on Microsoft customers and help Microsoft deliver next level in customer support, this role is for you. Your stakeholders will be executives across Microsoft. In this role, the successful candidate will own driving key cross company initiatives, aligning key stakeholders across the company. You will help us deliver best-in-class experiences for Microsoft Customer Support that improve customer service agent satisfaction and end customer satisfaction
