Factory Supervisor

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee our production operations. As a Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing process, managing a team of workers, and ensuring production targets are met.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of manufacturing staff
• Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
• Monitor production processes and make improvements as necessary
• Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and productivity
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
• Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process
• Maintain accurate records of production data and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field is a plus
