An associate in Business Management would be expected to:

Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next step Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes Collaborate with sub-working groups or create key project deliverables (data analysis to drive operational or organizational decisions, process flows, RACI diagrams, communications) to support development of strategic operating model Day-to-day maintenance of project plans, metrics, risk/issues as well as development and occasional presentation of project status reports / updates to the organization and senior management Provide project or business analysis support as necessary on other projects (. product on-boarding) and manage communication of status updates to stakeholders and Senior Management through scorecards Provide business and data analysis to large, cross line of business initiatives; analyzing and documenting key business discussions and requirements, managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies tracking action items and other project related materials Proven ability to work cross-functionally across various teams and the ability to manage to drive results Ensure all risks,, issues and escalations are brought to resolution in a timely manner. Publish metrics to the relevant stakeholders and the Management for review Knowledge and understanding of key business drivers, processes and systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda Excellent communication, organization and project management skills Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong time management and prioritization skills A good team player with professional attitude. Strong analytical skills to understand and manage complex end-to-end workflow  Strong interest in process improvement, automation, and system enhancements Ability to deal with high level of ad hoc requests and deliver under pressure Advanced Tableau skills are required. Alteryx proficiency a plus
