Position DRE interiors trims (Junior) – 3 positions.

Bachelors Degree/automobile/ production/ polymer engineering with prior plastic part design experience of minimum 2 - 5 years in CAD Software’s (CATIA & UG ). Automotive industry background Prior plastic part design & development experience & tooling knowledge of minimum 2-4 years in relevant engineering domains (interiors, acoustics . Result-oriented team player with strong communication skills in English and or any other foreign language. Hands on experience on Mechatronics components.. Outside Rearview Mirror, Power Hatch/ Liftgate, Exterior Handles / Latches Knowledge of Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVPR), and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). Work with other functions Design / Releasing teams to ensure consistency in requirements, standards, and practices across programs. Should have knowledge of regulatory requirements for the development. Basic knowledge of PLM and CAD software. Execute design for manufacturing process and coordinate assembly process with manufacturing engineering. Design Release objectives for their components with respect to cost, weight, performance, quality, timing, manufacturing etc., Thorough experience in Part design & development in required domain, Problem solving techniques.  Strategic and analytical capabilities. coordinate Product Development meetings with suppliers Coordinate change management
