Qualification: Degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience: 06 months- 1 year


Responsibilities



  1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  2. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  3. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  4. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  5. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  6. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  7. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  8. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees


Requirements and skills




  1. Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
  2. Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
  3. Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
  4. Basic knowledge of labor laws
  5. Excellent organizational skills
  6. Strong communications skills
  7. Degree in Human Resources or related field
