Job Description

:a)Assess RPA opportunities considering interplay of multiple factors to arrive at Go / No-Go
b)The ability to work with a structured, semi Structured and Unstructured documents and Data Extraction both from Printed and Handwritten docs using HyperScience or other OCR tool
c)Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Opportunity management team, senior management and stakeholders.
d)Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
e)Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and Track project milestones and deliverables
f)Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
g)Handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with various stakeholders to achieve project success
h)Handle the team of developers, designer, keyers & BA

Expected Profile

Minimum 8-10 years of Project Management experience with IT Projects / RPA Projects / RPA Platforms Sound knowledge of RPA / RPA Platforms and its usage in Insurance and for Process Optimization A track record in the successful delivery and support of HyperScience automations or other OCR technologies Good Understanding of Agile, SAFe, Scrum Project Management practices & ability to drive projects using these practices Cross team / Multiple team co-ordination skills required – ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, project participants to achieve project success Strong communication skills – Written and Oral. Role requires drafting various reports & periodic email communication with stakeholders Ability to address and resolve project challenges / risks in an effective and timely manner to the satisfaction of all stakeholders Knowledge of Jira / Kanban Boards, Project reporting methods required
