KeyResponsibilities:
  • Performgeneral administrative tasks and managecorrespondence.
  • Handle basic banking accountingand financial transactions.
  • Manage anddistribute incoming communications including emails phone calls andmail.
  • Organize and schedule meetingsappointments and travel arrangements formanagement.
  • Assist in the preparation ofregularly scheduled reports andpresentations.
  • Develop and maintain a filingsystem ensuring all documentation is accurately filed and easilyaccessible.
  • Order office supplies and maintaininventory levels.
  • Assist in coordinating officeevents andmeetings.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Proficientin the MS Office suite.
  • Proficiency in bothEnglish and Nepali typing.
  • Excellent timemanagement skills and the ability to prioritizework.
  • Attention to detail and strongproblemsolving skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and take initiative.
  • Provenexperience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistantis a plus.
  • A twowheeler and a valid license aremandatory.
