The Technical Content Writer will work closelywith subject matter experts product managers and other team membersto develop clear and concise documentation manuals articles andother technicalcontent.

Responsibilities:

  1. ContentCreation:
  • Develop clear andconcise technical content including documentation manuals guidesand articles.
  • Collaboratewith subject matter experts to gather information andensure accuracy in technicalcontent.
  • Research:
  • Conduct indepthresearch on technical topics to ensure a comprehensiveunderstanding of the subjectmatter.
  • Stayuptoday withindustry trends and advancements to incorporate relevantinformation into the content.
  • Documentation:
  • Create andmaintaintechnical documentation for productsservices and processes.
  • Organize and presenttechnical information in a userfriendlymanner.
  • Editing andProofreading:
  • Edit and proofreadcontent for accuracy clarity and adherence to styleguidelines.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure consistency inmessaging.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely withcrossfunctional teams including product managers developers anddesigners to gather information and ensure alignment with companygoals.
  • ContentOptimization:
  • Optimize content forsearch engines and ensure it aligns with SEO bestpractices.
  • Implement feedbackand updates to improve the overall quality and relevance oftechnical content.
  • QualityAssurance:
  • Perform qualityassurance checks on documentation toidentifyand resolve any inconsistencies orerrors.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in EnglishTechnical Writing Computer Science or a relatedfield.
Provenexperience as a Technical Content Writer or similarrole.
Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate complex technicalinformation into clear and understandablecontent.
Familiarity with industrystandard styleguides and documentation tools.
Excellent attention to detail andorganizational skills.
Proficiencyin using documentation tools such as MarkdownConfluence or similar.
Knowledge of SEO best practices is aplus.
Ability to work independently and meetdeadlines in a fastpaced environment.
