  • Oversee the implementation of the HR/Payroll Solutionensuring successful deployment and project completion.
  • Achieve and maintain a businesspreferred customersatisfaction index of 4/5 across all projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clientsensuring active engagement and satisfaction throughout the projectlifecycle.
  • Participate in iterative meetingsto provide inputs on customization and ensure the project complieswith agreed scope and objectives.
  • Establishand enforce project processes to ensure compliance across allphases of the project.

DesiredExperience:
  • 34 yearsof professional experience with at least 2 years specificallyfocused on implementing ERP/HCM products.


Skills andCompetencies:
  • Strongverbal and written communication skills in English. Ability toeffectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in identifying assessing and mitigating risksassociated with project implementation.
  • Handson experience with ERP/HCM systems


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer ScienceEngineering Business Administration or a related field.
