Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new featuresIdentify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issuesConduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standardsParticipate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deploymentContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiencyAnalyze, investigate and provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertiseComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experienceProven 4+ years of experience problem solving with contact center platforms (primarily voice)Proven 2+ years of experience with Genesys Engage and related systemsProven 2+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and related CCaaS platformsProficiency in git/GitHub version controlProficiency in CICD tools, Jenkins and Jenkins Pipeline as Code (JPaC)Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM), specifically the Service Level Owner roleProven excellent technical growth, problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentSolid communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with cloud platforms (Azure or Google Cloud)Experience with Agile development methodologies
