Overview:

As Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Title:

Associate Engineer - Manufacturing

Job responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of Electronic Devices, drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

Interact with US counterparts / customers to understand requirements etc.

Work with Engineering / Design teams to define specifications, requirements, drawings for jigs / fixtures / equipment / machines required for the product line.

Train and develop recruited operators to desired level of skill and competency

Develops designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment, conferring with equipment vendors.

Create process flows, process requirements (jigs, fixtures, equipment’s, machines, consumables etc.), and manufacturing work instruction for product.

Co-ordinate with Supply Chain to identify procurement sources, interact with vendors for the procurement, installation, verification, and validation of all items required for setting up the product line

Perform capacity analysis to define the resources required for meeting customer demand volumes.

Circuit card Level analysis and address the issue permanently by involve all the CFT team including customer and supplier.

Organized and disciplined with excellent time management practices that prioritize work correctly and provide accurate completion dates to management

Develops collaborative partnerships with Cross Function Team and colleagues

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2 - 4 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing engineering or Electro Mechanical.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, welding, and fabrication.

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
