Overview:The SeniorVideo Editor role is crucial to our organization as it involvescreating highquality visual content that aligns with our brand andresonates with our audience. The role contributes to the overallcreativity and production quality of our video content ensuringthat it meets the highest standards ofexcellence.
KeyResponsibilities:

• Conceptualize andedit compelling video content that tells a story and captivates theaudience
• Collaborate with the creative team tounderstand project requirements and execute thevision
• Ensure that the editing style and pacealign with the brands guidelines and targetaudience
• Manage and organize video assets andmaintain an efficient workflow throughout the editingprocess
• Implement feedback from stakeholders torefine and enhance the quality of videoproductions
• Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices in video editing techniques andtechnology
• Work closely with the postproductionteam to integrate visual effects animations and graphics into thevideos
• Participate in preproduction meetings toprovide input on shooting and capturing footage that facilitatesthe editing process
• Collaborate with sounddesigners and composers to ensure seamless integration of audioelements
• Contribute to the development andmaintenance of the organizations video styleguide
• Ensure the final output of videos meetstechnical standards and specifications
• Handlemultiple projects simultaneously while meetingdeadlines
• Provide mentorship and guidance tojunior editors as needed
• Contribute to theongoing improvement of the video editing process andworkflow

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inFilm Media Production or a related field
• Provenexperience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of workdemonstrating expertise in storytelling and visualcreativity
• Proficiency in industrystandardvideo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro orDaVinci Resolve
• Excellent understanding ofvideo formats codecs and deliveryspecifications
• Experience with color correctionaudio mixing and motion graphics
• Strong graspof storyboarding and visual storytellingtechniques
• Ability to work effectively in acollaborative team environment receiving and providing constructivefeedback
• Strong organizational skills andattention to detail to manage complex projects and timelineseffectively
• Ability to adapt to evolvingpriorities and navigate changes in a fastpaced productionenvironment
• Excellent communication skills andthe ability to articulate creative concepts and rationaleeffectively
