Job Title: Consultant - Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO (Contract for 12 months & Hire)

Work Location: Bangalore

Summary

Keyword Research and Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases. Analyze keyword competitiveness and search trends to inform content and optimization strategies. Develop a keyword strategy to target relevant search terms.

On-Page SEO Optimization:

Optimize website content for search engines, including meta tags, headers, and image alt text. Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve page loading speed and user experience. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content production.

Technical SEO:

Perform website audits to identify technical issues impacting SEO performance. Address site architecture, crawlability, indexability, and mobile-friendliness issues Monitor and manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and canonical tags.

Off-Page SEO and Link Building:

Monitor backlink profiles, disavow harmful links, and identify opportunities for link acquisition.

SEO Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics Prepare regular reports on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay Informed on Industry Trends:

Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and SEO best practices. Share knowledge and insights with the digital marketing team and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as an SEO Specialist with a focus on B2B. In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors. Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFS, Moz, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
