We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedArtiste Manager with a unique blend of skills in artist managementand sales. In this role you will be responsible for not onlynurturing and advancing the careers of our talented artists butalso actively participating in the sales and promotion of theirwork.The ideal candidate should have apassion for the entertainment industry a keen understanding of themusic market and strong sales acumen. This is a workfromhome role;however candidates must be available during flexible hours as thenature of the entertainment industry may require immediateattention orresponse.
KeyResponsibilities:
ArtistManagement:
  • Develop and maintainstrong relationships with artistes.
  • Workclosely with artists to understand their artistic vision goals andcareer aspirations.
  • Coordinate and overseevarious aspects of an artist s career including schedulingpromotions and contractnegotiations.

Salesand Promotion:
  • Actively engage inthe sales process promoting and selling the artistes to eventorganizers and sponsors.
  • Develop and implementeffective sales and marketing strategies to maximize the reach andrevenue potential of the artists work.
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to enhancethe artist s visibility and commercialsuccess.

MarketAnalysis:
  • Conduct market research toidentify potential opportunities and challenges for the artist scareergrowth.

Networking:
  • Buildand maintain a strong network within the music industry includingconnections with event organizers and other keystakeholders.
  • Attend industry eventsconferences and networking functions to promote the artist andexplore newopportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in artist management preferably in the musicindustry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skillswith a track record of successful deals.
  • Indepth knowledge of the music market industry trends and keyplayers.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in afastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Creativethinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Bachelors degree in business music business or sales related field(preferred)
