Inviting applications for the role of Lead Con sultant -Data Bricks Tech Leader

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions, with a specific focus on Databricks and Apache Spark.

Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize and enhance the efficiency of the end-to-end supply chain processes.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

3. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains within the supply chain domain.

4. Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate, select, and implement technology solutions that align with supply chain objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

5. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness in the supply chain network.

6. Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain, ensuring business continuity.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

Expertise in Databricks for data platform , data governance, data security and quality.
Strong understanding and experience in AWS services for building scalable data platforms(using services S3,EMS,Glue,Kinesis,etc.)
Strong understanding of lamda and kappa architecures, data models(star/snowflake modelling vs one big table), normalization strategies and needs.
Design and implement mission-critical and scalable data architectures that can handle large volumes of data.
Architect and design solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Create and review architecture and solution design artifacts.
Evangelize re-use through the implementation of shared assets.
Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
Proactively guide engineering methodologies, standards, and leading practices.
Provide guidance of engineering staff and reviews of as-built configurations during the construction phase.
Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions throughout the full lifecycle.
Considers the art of the possible, compares various architectural options based on feasibility and impact, and proposes actionable plans.
Demonstrate strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze and operate at various levels of abstraction.
Ability to balance what is strategically right with what is practically realistic.
