Responsibilities

Provisioning Accounts and Infrastructurefor Veeam Deployments (Veeam S3 GUIsetc.).
Installing and configuring Veeam Backup andReplication and other Veeam solutions forcustomers.
Troubleshooting Veeam Backup and Replication and otherVeeam products.
Ensuring that sales & customer requests areattended to in a timely manner and follow appropriateprocedures.
Manage multiple onboarding projects prioritizing workagainst aggressive timelines.
Work closely with customer IT teams toensure proper deployment ofservices.
Answering customer queries arrangingonboarding/project dates with partners & clientscommunicating with customers pre and post projectdelivery.

Qualification

• 35 years of combined experience in backup and business continuitycloud technologies or as a technician administrator engineer orhelpdesk team member e.g. SaaS IaaS DRaaSBaaS.
  
• Experience with Veeamproducts and services with a strong focus on Veeam Backup andReplication.
  
• Strong problem solvingand organizational skills particularly with time management andattention to detail.
  
• Selfmanagementskills the ability to manage small projects from start to finishsolo.
  
• Experience with commonvirtualization platforms such as: VMware HyperV andNutanix
