We re looking for anAssistant Professor who can undertake Department. The candidatemust be capable of organizing a department. Ideally the candidatemust have good Administrative skills as well as Good clinicalexperience.


  • To make Daily Rounds of all the casesadmitted under his / her unit and give instructions to the StaffNurses and ParamedicalWorkers
  • To take classes in Out patient Clinics as well asduring Ward Rounds while carrying out PatientManagement
  • Complete management of a Fulltime Unit includingtraining & supervision of Residents Postgraduate andUndergraduate Students
  • To perform all such duties to ensure continuedenhancement in the quality of patient care through efficient healthcare delivery system.
  • To exhibit keen interest initiative & drive inthe overall development of the Dept. and Leadership Qualities forothers to follow.
  • He / She is expected to perform all the dutiesdiligently with utmost sincerity andhonesty.
  • Any otherduty/task/work assigned by any higher authority like Dean MedicalSuperintendent Head of the Department from time to time; either inPublic Interest or in the interest of upkeep / development of theDepartment /Institutions..


Requirements
  • Assistant Professor: The candidates having a recognized MedicalQualification MD
  • 3years Junior Resident in a recognized medical college in theconcerned subject and one year as Senior Resident in the concerneddepartment.
