Responsibilities

Responsiblefor the Mechanical design for Steam Turbine driven Compressor andGenerator applications Electric Motors andTurboexpanders.

Introducenew technology to enhance company profitability andproductivity.

Responsiblefor maintaining and incorporating new costeffective solutions fordesigns.


RequirementsConsistency of drafting with respect to inputs completeness ofinput with respect to customer requirements/ Standards anddocumentation delivery according to planning
Main items selection (control/on off valve boosters heaters) according to customer requirements/standards
Good knowledge ofinternational standards &practices
3D Modeling:Component/accessory design & tolerancing drafting BoMfulfilment and management (NXpreferred)
Conceptual DesignDrafting and Detailed Design
Stress Analysis: Piping stress analysis using std Tool (CAESAR)Postprocessing and result interpretation Corrective action proposalCalculation Report draw up Support definition Model consistencycheck and correction
BOM/DocumentPreparation (Purchasing specs)
TCE experience
Support ITOconceptualdesign

MechanicalEngineer experience in Turbo machinery skidpiping

Experience usingInternational standards API ASMEANSI
