Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Test Automation Engineer 
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. 
Responsibilities
• Resource must have Healthcare CSV (Computer system validation) & GxP test procedures experience.
• Good understanding of healthcare domain and CT systems knowledge with valid years of experience
• Good experience in Selenium automation tool with BDD framework, Python Automation and Squish Automation tools
• Setting up squish infrastructure for UI related activities
• Setting up Jenkins to trigger automation testing.
• Run automation cycling framework and analyze the results.
• Adding System features for test automation
• Enhance the V & V framework and add more tests.
• Integration and formal verification testing
• Supporting various teams with investigations of reported issues
• Must be a problem-solver with strong automation fundamentals that can quickly adapt to our fast-paced Agile environment.
• Must have browser automation experience (Selenium WebDriver)
• Excellent root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills is a must.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in business and technical terms
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities within a rapidly changing business environment
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools – Jenkins
• Knowledge of Source Code Management – GIT HUB

 Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment.
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 Leadership experience, including leading teams, managing projects, and driving technical initiatives to successful completion.
 Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, Java certifications) are a plus.
