The position

As an Associate Manager Warehouse at Novo Nordisk, your role involves overseeing the efficient management of warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics, and personnel management & you will be also responsible for:

Coordinating with the warehouse and Head Office for invoicing and dispatch of Novo Nordisk products in an efficient and timely manner. Receiving Novo Nordisk products and downloading data loggers, reporting to the Logistics and Quality team for product release. Ensuring any errors are reported to the responsible persons at the Head Office and quarantining goods until the issue is resolved. Repacking Novo Nordisk products as per requirements and reporting to Quality for release. Following a quality assurance program to ensure no errors occur during the repacking process. Approving/rejecting final repacked or price-affixed products in coordination with NNIPL. Checking and arranging the destruction of expired and damaged Novo Nordisk stock. Coordinating with warehouse for monthly stock report, dispatch & purchase details. Handling Internal & External Audit as per NN standards.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

You hold a full-time Master’s degree in Supply Chain (MBA) from a reputed institution with Science / Pharma graduation. You should have minimum 5-7 year of experience of Warehouse, Operations and Inventory management. Experience in SAP – Material Management for Inventory & Stock. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality standards are met. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of import/export and customs management is a plus. Cross Functional Team Coordination & maintain ethical standards.

The Supply Chain Management department at Novo Nordisk in Ahmedabad is responsible for all the steps involved in getting products from suppliers to customers. Our team at Kanchan Pharma plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and inventory control of materials and finished goods. We work closely with the Logistics and Quality teams to maintain high standards and deliver Novo Nordisk products to our customers.
