Designation: Pega Developer

Experience: 35 Years

Roles &Responsibilities:

Facilitate/lead/participatein identification of solution options and features for a Pegaapplication.

Communicate solution options tobusiness owners/stakeholders and Architecture reviewboards.

Ensure alignment with enterprisetechnology standards (e.g. solution patterns application frameworkstechnology roadmaps capital plans)

Maintainawareness of current technology assets and the capability ofeach

Deliver all project deliverables on scopeon time with highest levels of quality.

Takeownership of entire Technology delivery and act as Technical DesignAuthority for multiple projects.

Providecrosssegment/cross domain BPM (Business Process Management) and BRE(Business Rules Engine) guidance technological recommendations andtransition strategies that support the design development andimplementation of initiatives based on common delivery and agilityfor complex and/or multiple projects

Provideownership for all design recommendations by keeping involvedthroughout the entire lifecycle

Serve as a BPMand Pega leader/mentor

Quality Governance andensure team are adhering to development best practices andconfiguration is Pega guardrail compliant.

Review the work of others providing guidance and support

Ability to Assist with Troubleshooting and Debugging ofComplex Systems: must be able to clearly identify root causes ofproduction level architecture issues and make practical suggestionswith proofbased technical reasoning

Reviewslogs to insure quality standards Runs preflight and PAL to insureperformance and quality

Responsible fordesigning ideal Deployment procedures.

Have aworking knowledge of the following PRPC design and implementationtopics: (Work Object Relationships Specialization techniquesReporting Routing (Skills based) RuleResolution/Inheritance/Circumstancing Class Design LockingPersistence Authentication Agents Functions/Java API ServicesConnectors Security and Access controls)

Have aworking knowledge of PRPC architecture including the following:(J2EE architecture PRPC Multinode architecture JVM PRPC CachingSession Management Ajax in PRPC Tracer DB trace)

Experience working in an agile (SCRUM/Pega Smart BPM)Software Development project lifecycle.

Abilityto propose innovative and outofthebox solutions for complexBusiness problems.

Pega CSSA certification is amust
