Job Purpose:

Responsible for developing, implementing and managing Vi business digital marketing campaigns
to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with the
stakeholders to create campaigns, manage paid social campaigns, optimize SEO, analyse campaign
performance, and create sales funnel reports.

2) Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas
Role Details
 Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and Programmatic Channels.
 Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic
search rankings.
 Perform on-page SEO activities, including meta-tag optimization, URL structure
optimization, and internal linking.
 Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, such as link building and outreach
campaigns, to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
 Monitor website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics,
Google Search Console, and Google Trends) and identify opportunities for
improvement.
 Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-
driven decisions to optimize results.
 Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best
practices are integrated into website updates and new content creation.
 Collaborate with the design/creative team to create visually appealing graphics and
multimedia creatives for digital marketing campaigns.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including
new tools, platforms, and technologies.

3) Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications
 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful
campaigns.
 Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and experience with keyword research and
optimization.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
for different digital channels.
 Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
 Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

 Must have technical / professional qualifications:
 B.E in Computer Science/Information Technology
 7+ years of relevant experience
