As an Academic Coordinator- you will be responsible for the following:

Roles and Responsibilities-PhD
Overall management of admissions and Admission procedure
Counselling, Coordinating and communicating with all the admissions stakeholders in the
due course of the admission procedure.
Scheduling, Conducting, Recording and Organizing the pre thesis submission and
colloquium.
Communicating between the research scholars and professors
Coordinating related to viva voce, Seminar, Workshop, Inauguration, FDPs of Research
department.

Roles and Responsibilities-FPM
Overall management of admissions and Admission procedure
Coordinating related to viva voce, Seminar, Workshop, Inauguration, FDPs of Research
department.
Documentation as per AICTE regulation and developing documentation for AIU equivalence
for FPM.
Academic coordination to organize regular course work, curriculum etc.,
Scheduling the regular course work, timetable and communicating the same to the research
scholars and Professors
Organizing credit seminar especially coordinating external assessment sessions etc.,
Felicitate research scholars to access required research resources.
Additional responsibilities related to academic and admissions- Research are added as per the
departmental advancement and transformation.
Any terms and conditions not specifically covered under the agreement, the internal rules and
regulation of the BANGALORE EDUCATIONAL TRUST shall governed.
