JOBDESCRIPTION:
Thejob seeker will be a key junior level analyst in theorganization.Is a graduate/postgraduate withat least 6 8 years of experience in support project automation andvendormanagement.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Ensuringregular tracking and reporting MIS tomanagement
  • Establishing process to identifyfunctional gaps and bugs in the delivery value chain to reduceimpact on individual tickets.
  • Establish processto create and document optimal test cases that covers complete testscenarios and test results for each userstory.
  • Ensure internal compliance bymaintaining License details SOPs mail evidence change historyetc.
  • He / She should be able to coordinate withrelevant stakeholders to ensure that they are well versed withusage of application/tool
  • He / She should beable to troubleshoot and solve problems with existingapplication.
  • Have strong analyticalproblemsolving skills for root causes analysis and innovativesolutions.
  • Ability to automate throughscripting and configuration or by othermeans.
  • Ensure that each individual complaint isaddressed and properly dealt with
  • Providefrontline production support and proactivemonitoring.
  • He/she should be able to connectthe dots between the industry relevance and the product outcome toprovide relevant feedback.
  • Maintainingrelationship with vendor with regularconnects

KEYSkills:
Well versed with Excel (creating dashboard formulas macros) andVBA. Effective written and verbalcommunication skills to build strong relationships with colleaguesclients stakeholders and vendors. Goaloriented individual with strong interpersonalskills Good to have basic knowledge onSQL. Good to have intermediate knowledge onPython. Excellent vendor management skillswhich include setting priorities and expectations at the Start.Have a dialogue with vendors about company priorities expectationsanddeadlines
