About this role:

The Lead Project Coordination Analyst oversees technical and business solutions business stakeholders for HC distribution clients, identifies solutions scope, areas for process improvement and manages the IT solution & pricing process. This position coordinates IT solutioning process to facilitates activities ensuring programs and projects are implemented successfully and meet established deadlines.

The Lead Project Coordination Analyst should have 10+ years of providing strategic business analysis and implementation services to business partners for mid-size to large projects – focused around Healthcare distribution systems. Experience with HC distribution systems – WMS (Softeon, Mahanttan), SAP (SD/MM, FI/CO and Vistex Chargebacks) and other HC applications (such as transportation, etc.). Exceed or similar systems is a preference.  The resource should be able to conduct BUSINES REQUIREMENT VALIDATION sessions with clients, and handle integration requirements.  Resource should have a good understanding of integration protocols, specs, etc.,  Also work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer’s business, processes and services and document the IT solutions assumptions and provide IT cost though to handover to the IT implementations build teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with Requirements Elicitation, Management and Prioritization, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Stakeholder Identification
  • Knowledge of HC distribution business processes and IT systems, development lifecycle, and project management skills (Issue and Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Schedule and Budget Reconciliation)
  • Working knowledge of the Agile Business Analysis and Requirements Elicitation
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Healthcare distribution industry experience
  • Healthcare compliance & CGMPs (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • SAP Modules: SD/MM primarily and nice to have FI/CO and Vistex Chargebacks in a Functional &/or Development role
  • Experience with WMS systems (Soteon &/or Mahattan)
  • Client implementation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience
