At The/Nudge you will:
  • learn our various programs well to represent our work to all stakeholders 
  • deliver on aligned annual fundraising goals from corporates in India, quarter-on-quarter
  • identify and present The/Nudge’s work to a targeted list of corporates in India
  • independently open doors with senior executives to build a healthy pipeline of donors
  • leverage the existing support to open new doors, engage prospects and convert them to donors for The/Nudge
  • work with cross-functional teams and the India development team to craft high quality collaterals/proposals that align the financial needs of the organization to the giving objectives of the donors.
  • build and maintain an engaged pipeline of donors
  • ensure timely collection of receivables from donors
  • represent The/Nudge in ecosystem events
What does success look like for this role?
  • acquisition of new mission-aligned corporate donors in line with the annual fundraising goals
  • deliver on aligned annual fundraising goals from corporates in India (CSR funding)
  • inspirational leadership (high employee NPS) in building and retaining an inspired and high performing  corporate fundraising team at The/Nudge
