Team DC Operations (Large SupplyChain)

Responsibilities

ManageReturns Center (RC) operations for Large and Furniture shipments.Responsible for reliability and performance of Returns centerspanIndia.

Responsible for continuous performancemanagement and reporting for RCs. Responsible for driving andachieving targets for key distribution KPIs such as Inbound &dispatch breaches Cost reduction Inventory Accuracy andproductivity.

Drive daily monitoring andadherence for all KPIs with regional teams. Drive RCA and CAPA withground operations teams for operational breaches andinaccuracies.

Drive implementation and adherenceto Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) inoperations.

Responsible for overall coordinationwith Central Liquidation team for timely liquidation of returnsproducts.

Drive operational processes andprojects to improve liquidation TAT to control RC spaceutilization.

Responsible for overall coordinationwith FA operations team for timely liquidation of products eligiblefor supplier returns.

Responsible for overallcoordination with Insurance team to ensure surveys and liquidationof all products eligible for MarineInsurance.

Drive process excellence in operationsfor reliability cost reduction and growth enablement throughidentification and monitoring of projects to solve operationalinefficiencies.

Coordinate with tech teams toresolve functional tech issues affectingoperations.

Drive compliance for generation ofregulatory & statutory documents for liquidation/returnsdispatches.

Manage internal and external auditsfor assets to drive process adherence against company standards.Drive resolution of reported nonconfirmations with groundoperations teams.

Coordinate with stakeholderssuch as Facilities IT Infra & HR teams to ensure smoothcontinuation of operations in line with businessgoals.

Experience /Qualification

Post graduate(MBA) with 8 years of experience in handling supply chainoperations in high performance environments.

Pastexperience of managing central operations for supply chain andreverse logistics.

Past experience in leadingteams / managing central workforce to lead and guide supply chainoperations.

Possesses understanding and knowledgeof critical distribution and Supply Chain concepts includingwarehousing transportation & reverselogistics.

Otherrequirements

Stronganalytical & problemsolving skills(resultoriented).

Ability to influencecrossfunctional stakeholders and align them towards the commonshared objectives.

Should be comfortable indealing with ambiguity creating structure and working in afastpaced everchanging environment

Excellentpeople management skills and experience in large organizationspreferred.
