Job Description

Ability to perform basic Windows network administration (IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP) Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy. Basic level of network troubleshooting and analysis. Experienced providing Help Desk Support/IT Support. Microsoft Office experience (TEAMS, Word, Excel, Power Point etc). Maintaining computer equipment by replacing or upgrading components as needed Installing operating systems on computers, testing them for errors, and backing them up regularly Installing patches to fix security vulnerabilities in computer systems. Configuring new systems for installation based on specifications from clients or other IT professionals. Installing and maintaining computer networks, including printers and other peripherals Troubleshooting problems with existing systems and implementing solutions to fix them.

Minimum Qualifications

Must possess an associate degree in computer science (Δημόσιο ΙΕΚ, ΤΕΙ). Two years of relevant experience with Microsoft Windows server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policies and TCP/IP networking. Experience required in writing system documentation, system specifications/requirements, presentations, correspondence, studies, reports, and training materials. Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and systems administration staff. Ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff.
