Job Description

Looking for Executive / Head for our ServiceNow Practice.

This position holds the highest authority in the company ServiceNow technical management structure. The executive / head will be responsible for managing the entire UNIT operations like -

- Ensure that no problem arises during service delivery; if any, it should be rectified quickly
- Approve all deliverables before they leave the unit.
- Designing and develop New Service offering (services n solutions).
- Creating new Accelerator n products. 
- Managing inventory and on-time supply of expertise, (building rockstar SN team)
- Ensure production of quality and consistent service delivery.
- Communicate-instruct-guide and train the staff. 
- Maximize the productivity of the kitchen staff.
- Forecast supply needs and estimate costs.
- Interact with customers for suggestions and feedback.
- Ensuring preparation process that must be in a consistent manner.
- Oversee special events and where necessary offer instruction and demonstrate techniques
- Supervise personnel and their performance.

His culinary expertise (in ITOM/ITAM/IRM) and leadership play a crucial role in shaping the restaurant’s reputation and success.

Qualifications

There are certain skills and qualities that a head cook must possess in order to be considered for the position include:
+ Passion for ServiceNow.
+ Previous experience of working in similar position is a plus.
+ Effective communication skills.
+ Ability to manage a budget and work with figures.
+ Ability to work under stressful conditions.
+ Strong leadership skills.
+ Ability to make quick decisions.
+ Ability to ensure high standard of service delivery.

Education Head Chef must have:

  • Must have ServiceNow background and previous experience in a mid to large firm
  • Bachelor's degree or any related certification.
  • ServiceNow main line certification.
  • Experience in planning, development and costing.
  • Proven skill in Unit administration.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment and adhere to the highest standards.
  • Strong leadership skills in the management and development of the team.
