Position :- Maintenance Engineer (PM Engineer-SMT) Work Experience :- 10 to 18 Year of Work experience in mentioned profile (Qualification :- Any Graduate / Post Graduate ) Required Skill 1 Excellent work ethic and time management skills to complete jobs efficiently with minimal oversight. 2 Strong critical thinking ability to assess and diagnose issues and create effective repair solutions. 3 Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when required. 4 Maintain active and current professional knowledge base by reading trade publications and networking with colleagues. 5 Proficient with Autodesk AutoCAD, SAP, CMMS, and Microsoft Office. 6 Install new equipment according to customer requirements, and perform initial testing and optimization procedures to ensure correct and efficient operation. 7 Required Knowledge :- ASM Pick & place , head maintenance, Feeder maintenance, SPI Maintenance, Reflow process & it's maintenance, YJ Link Conveyor, laser marking , AOI, Single pin insertion , Hot functional test & deplaning.
Able to maintain the High MTBF & Less MTTR Target. 8 Responsible for process maintenance of SMT line, Operation and Preventive Maintenance of SMT related machines. Planning predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase Machine uptime & equipment reliability. 9 Coordinate with other equipment technicians to improve integration of multiple systems within large buildings. 10 Assist with apprenticeship program by mentoring new technicians and providing constructive feedback to improve quality of work. 11 Responded to customer repair requests for individual machines and entire plant equipment systems in a timely manner. 12 Tested malfunctioning equipment using diagnostic tools to isolate problem areas and create repair plan. 13 Completed repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance procedures according to customer needs and standard maintenance schedules. 14 Earned excellent feedback from customers including high marks for efficient work and courteous manner. 15 Preventative/Predictive maintenance planning and scheduling 16 Team collaboration across multiple cross-functional areas 17 Equipment monitoring, analysis, diagnosis, and repair 18 Troubleshooting and problem-solving in a complex environment 19 Parts and supply ordering and inventory management 20 Corrective and reparative maintenance operations 21 Identifying and organizing for calibration of critical control instruments. 22 Cost control and continuous process improvement 23 Green initiatives and environmentally friendly equipment optimization 24 Mentorship, coaching, and team-building for peers and junior personnel 25 Equipment and component replacement and technical refreshes
