Requirements
  • Proficientin managing critical incidents related to compensation and itsassociated concepts.
  • Skilled inresolving HCM/Compensation issues by devising calculation logicsaligned with businessneeds.
  • Capableof participating in the full project lifecycle from requirementgathering totesting.
  • Demonstratedability to contribute to requirement gathering for enhancements andsuggesting process improvementideas.
  • Experiencedin supporting deployment activities including implementation andhypercareresponsibilities.
  • Knowledgeablein HCM topics with a focus on compensation hire to retire businessprocesses supervisory organization setups and relatedmodules.
  • Stronggrasp of configuring business processes and assessing theirimpact.
  • Proficientin EIB loads and data conversionprocesses.
  • Skilledin addressing business process issues including configuringdocuments creating text blocks/BIRT notifications alerts andDashboards.
  • Experiencein handling Compensation configuration issueseffectively.
  • Familiaritywith reporting techniques including Advanced Matrix and Compositereports with a focus on compensation/HCMreporting.
  • Proficientin developing HCM/Compensation related Dashboards Discovery Boardsand visually appealing reports based on clientspecifications.
  • Preferredqualification: Certification inCompensation.
