We are seeking a motivated anddetailoriented HR Recruiter with up to 2 years of experience tojoin our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for the full recruitment cycle from identifyingpotential candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. Thisrole requires excellent communication skills strong organizationalabilities and a keen eye for identifying talent that aligns withour company values andgoals.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. TalentAcquisition: Source andattract candidates by using databases social media and jobportals. Conduct job analysis and create jobdescriptions that attract the right talent.Manage and update the company s career page and jobpostings. 2.Screening andInterviewing: Review andscreen incoming resumes and jobapplications. Conduct initial phone screensto assess candidates qualifications and fit for therole. Coordinate and conduct interviews withhiring managers and teamleaders. 3.Candidate RelationshipManagement: Build andmaintain a network of potential candidates through proactive marketresearch and ongoing relationshipmanagement. Provide an excellent candidateexperience throughout the recruitmentprocess. Keep candidates informed abouttheir application status and nextsteps. 4.Onboarding andInduction: Facilitate theonboarding process for new hires including preparing offer lettersand employment contracts. Organize andconduct orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for newemployees. 5.Data Management andReporting: Maintain accurateand uptodate records of recruitment activities in the HRdatabase. Prepare recruitment reports andanalyze hiring metrics to improve recruitmentefficiency. 6.Collaboration andCommunication: Collaboratewith department managers to understand their staffing needs anddevelop effective recruitment strategies.Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholdersthroughout the recruitmentprocess. 7.EmployerBranding: Promote the companys reputation as a great place to work by participating in job fairscareer events and other recruitmentactivities. Develop and implement employerbranding initiatives to attract toptalent.
