Aboutthe Job:Janasya is seeking apassionate and creative Junior Fashion Designer to join our dynamicteam. As a Junior Fashion Designer you will play a crucial role incontributing to Janasya s design process and bringing our brand svision to life through innovative and trendsetting fashion pieces.The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of style andcreativity coupled with a keen understanding of market trends andconsumer preferences. From assisting in creating detailed techpacks to participating in garment trials and conducting photographysessions you will have the opportunity to be involved in everyaspect of the designprocess.
Responsibilities:
CreatingDetailed TechPacks:
Develop detailed technical specifications and tech packs for allproduct designs. Ensure accuracy andcompleteness in tech pack documentation to facilitate smoothproductionprocesses.
Involvementin Design Process andCoordination:
Collaborate with senior designers to conceptualize and develop newdesigns. Assist in the design process fromideation to finalization ensuring alignment with brand aestheticsand market trends. Coordinate withcrossfunctional teams such as production sourcing and qualityassurance to ensure timely execution of designprojects.
MaintainingExcels:
Manage and update spreadsheets and databases related to designmaterials samples and production schedules.Organize data efficiently to streamline workflows and improve teamproductivity.
ConductingTrials andPhotography:
Participate in garment trials to evaluate fit fabric andconstruction quality. Assist in organizingand conducting photo shoots for product samples ensuringhighquality imagery for marketing and promotionalpurposes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Fashion Design or a relatedfield. Previous experience in a similar roleor internship within the fashion industrypreferred. Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills. Excellentcommunication and teamwork abilities.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
