Job Description:

  • Overall responsible for the execution ofR&D Projects product and process compliances related to RiceDivisions of the organization.
  • Execute the Research projects in liaise with theorganization goals along with R&D Manager.
  • Define various product and process standardsspecification BOM yields shelf life etc. and monitor compliances ofRice Products.
  • Lead Bench Mark studies andassure market leadership of products. Lead and Execute ProcessAudit Plans at various units including 3Ps.
  • Implement various statutory and regulatory amendments inliaise with QA. Define packaging and labelling requirementsespecially USPs method of preparations NF etc. for NewProducts.
  • Execute product surveys and optimizeproduct performances. Assist R&D Head and R&D Manager inexecuting various projects. Review various technologicalinnovations around the globe and keep R&D researchesactive.
  • Follow up with various stake holderslike consultants of FSSAI legal meteorology labs statutory bodiesand provide necessary recommendations for systemupgradations.
  • Review KPI of R&DAssociates.
  • Execute Product Training andReview department expenses and manage budget.

Education: M Tech or B. Tech in anyFood Technology/MSc or BSc in Food Science and Technology or MSc orBSc in Chemistry/Microbiology/Biotech

Work Experience: 5 Years in FoodIndustry
