Senior Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor with minimum 8 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate shall have extensive knowledge and proficiency in conducting surveys, measurements, and mapping using advanced equipment and techniques. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct various types of surveys including land surveys, construction surveys, topographic surveys, and boundary surveys.

2. Utilize advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and drones to collect accurate data.

3. Interpret survey data, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports, quantity estimates, maps, and charts.

4. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Previous experience in quantity surveying for supporting client billing activities.

5. Shall responsible for making the backup documents for all the BOQ items. 

6. Shall be able to calculate the volumes of hill roads excavation, open excavation works, tunnels excavation, concrete placed volumes. 

7. Shall be able use and generate the report from software Civil 3D.

8. Shall collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide survey support for infrastructure and development projects.

9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and specifications during survey operations.

10. Perform calculations, adjustments, and quality control checks on survey data to maintain accuracy.

11. Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure proper functioning and reliability.

12. Train and supervise junior surveying staff as necessary.

13. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address survey-related inquiries and issues.

14. Keep abreast of advancements in surveying technology and methodologies, and integrate new techniques into survey operations where applicable.
