Overview:The ResidentMedical Officer (RMO) MBBS plays a pivotal role in providingmedical care and support to patients within our healthcarefacility. RMOs are responsible for ensuring the wellbeing ofpatients diagnosing illnesses and providing appropriate medicaltreatment and management.KeyResponsibilities:

• Conducting medicalassessments and examinations ofpatients.
• Prescribing and administratingmedication as appropriate.
• Responding tomedical emergencies and providing immediatecare.
• Collaborating with other healthcareprofessionals to develop and implement patient careplans.
• Monitoring and recording patientsmedical progress and vital signs.
• Assisting insurgical procedures and postoperativecare.
• Offering medical advice and counseling topatients and their families.
• Participating inclinical audits and reporting on medicalactivities.
• Adhering to medical and ethicalstandards of practice.
• Ensuring accurate andtimely documentation of patient medicalrecords.
• Participating in continuous medicaleducation and training.
• Contributing to themaintenance of a safe and clean medicalenvironment.
• Providing accurate handover ofpatient care to incoming medicalstaff.
• Following infection control andprevention protocols.
• Supervising juniormedical staff whennecessary.

RequiredQualifications:

• MBBS degree andcompletion of internship and residencyprograms.
• Valid medical license andregistration as a Medical Practitioner.
• Provenexperience working in a medical or hospitalsetting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treatingvarious medical conditions.
• Ability to workefficiently in highpressure and emergencysituations.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational andtime management abilities.
• Familiarity withelectronic medical record systems.
• Commitmentto ongoing professional development andlearning.
• Knowledge of medical laws regulationsand ethics.
