Job Description:
-Define and Roll out Processes, Templates, Checklists, Work instructions etc. as per ASPICE 3.1.
-Perform Process improvement Management activities.
-Conduct Trainings on ASPICE and Corporate SW Development Processes
-Work with various Business Units to migrate the existing BU / Project specific processes to the Corporate SW Development Processes.
-Perform gap analysis between ASPICE 3.1 compliant Corporate SW Development Processes and ASPICE 4.0.
-Perform Quality Assurance activities as per ASPICE 3.1 , ISO 26262 and ISO 21434
oDefine QA Strategy for assigned projects
oSupport and facilitate Project teams throughout the project lifecycle to achieve ASPICE CL3 and other applicable quality goals (ISO 26262 & ISO 21434).
oIdentify and review work products and process performance objectives.
oCoordinate and perform software quality assurance activities as per QA strategy.
oFacilitate in defining Project performance metrics.
oPerform Internal QA assessment and facilitate external assessment.
oEscalation of Non conformances as per QA strategy.
oGenerate QA status report and present the same to Management.
oFacilitate in Process implementation.
oPerform release readiness audit
oMentoring/Training to Project team
-Some Travel Required
-Team Mentoring
Requirements/Qualifications:
Job Requirements
BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Preferred (or equivalent). 5-12 years- experience working on various standards like ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, CMMI, IATF etc) in SW industries. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies/processes, and one or more of the relevant standards and reference models (e.g. Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 , CMMI, IATF etc.) Practical experience in implementing ASPICE 3.1 in projects. Experience in ISO 26262 & ISO 21434 is a plus Experience on tools like Jira, Polarion, Doors etc. is a plus. Fundamental understanding of quality philosophies principles, methods, tools, standards. Good knowledge in Project management, risk management, metrics management etc. Must understand how and when to perform software audits/assessments including audit/assessment planning, approaches, types, analyses, reporting results and follow-up. High assertiveness, good facilitation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook). Flexible with travelPreferred Qualifications:
Automotive SPICE Certified Provisional / Competent Assessor. Hands on experience in ASPICE 3.1 implementation up to level 3. Knowledge and experience on ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 standards. Knowledge of Quality System Standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949. Knowledge of Application life cycle management tools like Polarion, IBM-ALM etc. Knowledge on ASPICE for CybersecurityTravel Time:
