Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sitecore Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sitecore CMS and the ability to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Sitecore platform. As a Sitecore Developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient Sitecore-based applications that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Sitecore CMS-based websites and applications.
  • Configure, develop, and maintain Sitecore modules and components.
  • Integrate Sitecore with external systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Ensure the optimal performance, scalability, and security of Sitecore implementations.
  • Develop and customize Sitecore templates, components, and workflows to meet client specifications.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-centric, responsive designs.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Sitecore-related issues, bugs, and defects.
  • Work closely with project managers and other developers to deliver on-time and on-budget solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Sitecore trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sitecore Developer or in a similar role.
  • Solid experience with Sitecore CMS (Sitecore 8.x, 9.x, or 10.x).
  • Proficient in C# and .NET Framework, including Sitecore's API.
  • Familiarity with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) and Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and jQuery.
  • Experience in Sitecore module development, experience with Sitecore SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Solr and SQL Server for search functionality and content storage.
  • Experience with Sitecore Helix architecture and understanding of development best practices.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sitecore Certification (Sitecore 9.x or 10.x).
  • Experience with Sitecore Marketing Automation, Personalization, and A/B Testing.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
  • Experience in ecommerce platforms like Sitecore XC.
