Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst (Swift)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Chennai, Tamilnadu - HYBRID. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:   

Strong skills in:

Unix shell scripting SQL (DDL, DML, Joins) Swift Standards, ISO Formats..  SAG - SWIFT Alliance Gateway  SNL - SWIFT NetLink  CREST AMH  Application Performance Management Tools like App Dynamics, Splunk and others Good skills in Linux operating system Desirable skills in Java, Spring Framework Financial markets experience is must and preferred experience in Repo ( Repurchase Agreements) / Collateral Management Should be open to work on weekends and National holidays, if required Should be open to stretch themselves beyond the regular work hours, if required and whenever there are production issues Should be open to work during First and Second Shifts

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:   

• + years Experience in Production support 

• + years relevant Experience into L support 

• Ability to take complete ownership of the application(s) that are being supported
• Be proactive, have a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to work and coordinate with multiple teams and work under pressure
• Have extensive experience in incident and problem management
• Should have very good appetite for risk mitigation and be proactive in identifying risks
• Strong debugging skills and ability to identify root cause of issues quickly
• Ability to have a strong understanding of the data and data model
