Duties and Responsibilities of under MMR 1961, Supervision of Mines Operation. Supervision of mining activities. Responsible for safe operations.  Preparation of daily shift reports & SAP entries. To Mines Shift InCharge to achieve desired Limestone production with proper quality. Proficiency in SAP (PP Module), TM-1, and PESO 1. Safe Limestone production & OB Removal  Shift manpower Deployment. Execute plan by deploying sufficient men & machinery.  Supply Limestone as per desired quality Parameter  As shift In-charge allocation of machinery and manpower handling. Supervision and management of all mining operation in shift and adherence with Safety and legal requirement
