JobDescription:

ABS Water TechIndia Pvt Ltd is a fastgrowing specialty water treatment andmaintenance chemicals supplier and water treatment plant providerin South India. We are looking for a dedicated Field Service/SalesEngineer to join ourteam.

Responsibilities:

  1. FieldService: Provide onsite installation validation andcommissioning of instruments. Perform handson onsitetroubleshooting service andrepairs.
  2. CustomerSupport: Provide highlevel technical support to externalcustomers at their location. Interface with crossfunctional workteams such as field applications customer support/services productmanagement manufacturing andmarketing/sales.
  3. Sales:Develop and grow the company s sales in the assigned territory.Maintain relationships with all customers for futuresales.
  4. ProductKnowledge: Develop indepth knowledge of the company sproducts and services. Provide training and support to thecustomers.

Skills:

  • Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot testrepair and service technicalequipment.
  • Ability to work flexibleshifts and adapt to changing workschedules.
  • Familiarity with mobiletools andapplications.

Experience:

  • Previousexperience in a similar role would be anadvantage.
