- Understand customer needs andrequirements

- Receive andrespond to inbound customer calls
- Maintain arecord of all conversations withcustomers
- Follow up on customer inquiries notimmediately resolved
- Manage and update customerdatabases with call outcomes
- Meet or exceedcall volume goals to contribute to the companyssuccess
- Work closely with the sales andmarketing teams to generate leads and promote the companysofferings
- Handle customer complaints orobjections in a professional manner
- Keep up todate with product knowledge and customer servicestrategies
- Adhere to all communicationprocedures guidelines and policies
- Providefeedback and input to improve overall customerexperience
