Overview:TheImplementation Engineer Salesforce / MS Dynamics plays a pivotalrole in implementing and customizing Salesforce and/or MS Dynamicssolutions to meet the organizations requirements. This role isessential in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality ofthese platforms across the organization impacting variousdepartments from sales and marketing to customer service andbeyond.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead theimplementation of Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics solutions includingcustomization and configuration.
  • Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for systemenhancements and integrations.
  • Design developand maintain customized reports and dashboards in Salesforce and/orMS Dynamics.
  • Ensure successful integration withother enterprise systems andapplications.
  • Provide technical expertise andsupport during the testing and deploymentphases.
  • Participate in the full softwaredevelopment lifecycle including coding testing and productionsupport.
  • Train endusers on new features andfunctionality.
  • Optimize system performance andresolve technical issues andchallenges.
  • Document design architecture andkey processes.
  • Stay updated on the latestSalesforce and/or MS Dynamics features andfunctionalities.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure projectsuccess.
  • Contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives for the CRM systems.
  • Assist inevaluating new technologies and staying current with industry bestpractices.
  • Provide technical support andtroubleshooting guidance toendusers.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Systems or relatedfield.
  • 6 years of experience implementing andcustomizing Salesforce and/or MS Dynamicssolutions.
  • Salesforce Administrator orDeveloper certification is highlypreferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRMfunctionalities and best practices.
  • Proficiencyin Apex Visualforce Lightning components and customization inSalesforce.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics CRMcustomization and configuration.
  • Understandingof data migration and integrationconcepts.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and theability to troubleshoot technicalissues.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders andendusers.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge ofAgile and Scrum methodologies is aplus.
  • Experience in creating and maintainingtechnical documentation.
  • Demonstrated abilityto handle multiple projects and prioritiesconcurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and acommitment to delivering highqualitysolutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changingbusiness needs and technologylandscapes.
