Mission Context:

As a Transition Manager, you will manage end-to-end execution of process transitions across geographies, ensuring readiness in terms of people, infrastructure, technology, and operational stabilization.

Role and Accountability:

  • Lead the transition of Manufacturing & Supply chain processes, focusing on Quality sub-processes.
  • Must have minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in leading Quality sub-process transitions.
  • Must have minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in leading end-to-end transition activities across geographies.
  • Oversee project management for multiple projects, from planning to execution.
  • Utilize analytics experience and strong business skills for problem resolution.
  • Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the service industry with exposure to managing large customer groups is a plus.

  • Proven experience in managing Manufacturing & Supply chain transition projects.
  • Maintain a high sense of urgency and proactive attitude at work.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of Interpersonal/communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with peers, stakeholders, and partners across the organization.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing work.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to ensure transition delivery on time.
  • Strategic thinking and prioritizing capacity.
  • High capacity and willingness to learn about multiple disciplines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in leading Quality sub-process transitions.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in leading end-to-end transition activities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
