As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer in our Global Business Intelligence department you will be a key member of an international and agile team within the Service Spares and Supplies area. We are looking for a dedicated BI Developer with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude towards challenges in a global and dynamic organization.

You will be working in a dynamic environment in close collaboration with our internal customers to reach key deadlines. Being a part of the Global Business Intelligence team means that you will be a key part of our digital journey supporting the creation of better digital solutions for our internal customers within the regions utilizing the wealth of data we have available to enable the business to make smart data-driven decisions. This position will give you a unique opportunity to be part of a journey with cross-functional, multi-cultural and end-to-end Spares and Supplies process exposure.

How to contribute to our vision

- In this role you will be working with translating business needs to innovative and scalable BI solutions putting your experience working with SSIS-packages, Data Factory, SQL, SSAS and Power BI etc. into play. 

- Experience in Azure ADF, ADLS, creation of pipelines, Data warehousing, SQL, SSIS, Data Modeling, Power BI or other equivalent tools is a must.
- You will develop new SQL queries and do the coding in the backend to create the innovative & user-friendly dashboards.
- You will enhance existing process performance measurements in close collaboration with internal performance experts and continuously maintain our back-end setup ensuring that data is loaded, cleaned and visualized in a reliable and efficient way.
- You will work in a pivotal role on data side and guide the junior members in the team.
- You work on back-end data architect to seamlessly create the data cloud solutions.
- You will work ensuring that the dataflows are always connected. 
- You will contribute from SP&S BI team independently in the cross-functional projects to support the initiative to create one data lake solution for future enhanced planning & forecasting solution. 
- You will lead the Power App and power automate initiative to bring efficiency in data extraction process. 

What you need to make a difference

You are an open-minded ambitious spirit with a structured customer oriented and analytical approach towards your tasks. You are a team player with a strong drive and an innovative mindset.

To be successful in this role you preferable have:

2-7 years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Scientist or similar Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI) Knowledge of SQL database design, SQL queries, SQL Analysis server (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) In-depth understanding of database management systems, Data Factory and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AI solutions as well as Power Apps and Power Automate would be an advantage Have experience working with data analytics and the implementation of business intelligence solutions in a global environment Possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing, as well as profound communication skills across organizational levels and cultures.
