Key Requirements

Should have past experience in handling all India Business Development and should have handled customers including Government, PSU, MNC, Corporate, Private, Service, OEM and export sectors. Candidates having experience in selling similar products like High Voltage / Power Supplies/Thermal Solutions. Should have a experience in Direct sales as well as Distributors. Should have a fair knowledge of excise, sales tax and commercial.

Key Responsibilities for the Role:

New Business Development

Achieve Quarterly target assigned Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business Cold call as appropriate within your assigned market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging network. Research and build relationships with new clients. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals. Plan approach and pitches. Make presentations to customers on AE solutions. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Handle objections by clarifying queries and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Present an image that mirrors that of the client. Develop and direct competitive strategies to increase sales Responsible for selling complete AE portfolio including PCM, Thin Film, AC/DC/RF power supplier. Hitech & Ultravolt product range. The business development experience area required High-voltage custom and configurable module systems for analytical instruments, medical, industrial, and semiconductor equipment. Analytical Mass Spectrometer Scanning Electron Microscopes X Ray Sources and detectors

Client Retention

Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Business Development Planning

Attend, organize and participating industry functions such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. Present to and consult with md and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products and distribution channels. Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Using knowledge of the market and competitors and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
