Position Summary

With 8-12 Yeras of Experience in HR Business Partner profile with good exposure to compliances, employee engagement and talent management.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Design and implement solutions on HR matters involving employee performance and relations, compensation and benefits, international relocation placement, recruitment and contractual issues
2 Ensure HR practices are compliant with employment laws and regulations

3. Preparation of Training Calendar, Maintaining Training Records and co-coordinating for training programmes’ and training evaluation
4. Should have exposure to overall organization development
5. Statutory Compliance as target date including all locations. Monthly audit/review of compliance on all the applicable Labour laws.
6. Continous Improvement of HR processes
7. support the recruitment processes for both overseas and local hiring needs
5. Maintenance of database systems
6. Assist and manage adhoc HR projects across the board of ITT India .
7. To manage vendor on areas related to the outsourced HR & payroll functions and ensure that HR systems and information portal are updated.
8. To provide advice to staff on HR policies matters and prepare HR reports and statistics
