IT Consultant

Role: MechanicalEngineer WorkLocation: Winston SalemNC Background check: Mandatory JOB DESCRIPTION
Working on connector design andmanufacturing. Will need experience in:
DFMEAs toleranceanalysis and test plans & reports
connector designand manufacturing experience
3D CAD (Creo preferred) CAE(ANSYS preferred) DoE FMEA and QFD
Basic problemsolvingskills (Fishbone 5 Why Analysis etc.)
BS in MechanicalEngineering Required
5 years minimum of productdesign/development experience
Automotive terminal andconnector design and manufacturing experience preferred
Knowledge of materials manufacturing processes and assembly designprincipals
Proficient in technical tools such as 3D CAD(Creo preferred) CAE (ANSYS preferred) DoE FMEA and QFD
Basic problemsolving skills (Fishbone 5 Why Analysisetc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills(oral and written)
Ability to manage multipleproducts/projects with attention to detail
Familiaritywith hybrid and electric vehicle architectures and connectivity andexperience with busbar and battery technologies is aplus.
Periodic travel is required depending on projectneeds especially to Mexico
