RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the administration and support of all Oracle cloud integration technologies and custom developed integration technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance integration functionality and resilience
• Work with Servco business unit Oracle analysts to ensure the successful and timely implementation of all Oracle functionality enhancements, upgrades, and patches. This includes assisting in all required regression testing.
• Work with users and vendors to identify functional and technical gaps, create work estimates, oversee integration designs and custom solutions to fulfil business unit requirements.
• Identify bugs and create and track all related Oracle Service Requests (SR) to resolution.
• Ensure Oracle support vendors meet all contractual requirements, including service level agreements and deliverables.
• Ensure a high level of customer service in support of business operations.
• Maintain proficiency in Oracle technical expertise through all means of training available.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Proven experience in total software development, architecture, Web Services (SOAP & REST using XML/JSON Payloads), and solution design experience.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Integration Platform (Application Integration, Process, Visual Builder, and/or Insight Analytics), Oracle BPM Suite, Oracle SOA, and/ or Oracle SaaS/ ERP application integration, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), BPEL, BAM).
• Excellent understanding of Authentication and Authorization solutions inherent in SaaS (HCM, ERP and CX).
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong in English.
• Critical thinking and attention to details.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Requirement Minimum 

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management systems, any relevant discipline
Experience 6+ years of experience, at least 2 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud platform.
